I am so glad we won the gift certificate as we probably would not have had you clean the tile in our rental otherwise. This town home was built in the 80's and the tile has not had a professional cleaning since. We had decided to replace the tile as we thought it was beyond saving. When we won the gift certificate, we decided to give it a try.
I am amazed at the tile and our new tenant is thrilled. We had replaced the carpet which made the tile really stand out as awful. Now the tile and grout are beautiful. Needless to say, when the tenant in our adjacent unit moves out, we will have you come back and do the same to that tile. It's amazing what a professional cleaning of tile and grout can do.

The wonderful job done by Neil is beyond our expectation: our floor had always looked dirty because we were cheated by CC carpet-- they installed defective tiles for us. However, Neil did such an amazing job, that totally transferred our house.
